Order Confirmation: After completing your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase. This acknowledgment is not acceptance of your order but confirms receipt. The contract is formed once we have accepted your order, prepared your bouquet, and dispatched the delivery instruction.
Accepted Payment Methods: Florist Blackfriars accepts payments online through major credit and debit cards. All payments must be made in full before the order is processed and delivered. We do not accept cash on delivery.

If your payment is not authorised or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified as soon as possible.
Pricing: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery Timeframes: Standard deliveries are made during working hours Monday to Saturday. Same-day delivery is offered where possible for orders placed before the advertised cut-off time. While we make every effort to meet requested delivery dates and times, these are not guaranteed.
If Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, we may leave the bouquet with a neighbour, reception, or in a safe place as determined by our courier. Non-Delivery: In cases of non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, lack of access, or inaccurate recipient information, Florist Blackfriars cannot be held responsible and cannot offer refunds for perishable items once dispatched.
Making Changes: If you wish to amend your order details (such as delivery address or card message), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be accommodated before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Once your order is in the production process or out for delivery, amendments cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations: Orders for standard bouquets can be cancelled or fully refunded if the request is received at least 24 hours before the delivery date. For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is being prepared. Bespoke or personalised orders (including custom arrangements) cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun, except where required by law.
How to Cancel: Cancellations must be requested via the contact form on our website, quoting your order number and delivery details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of confirmation, subject to bank processing times.
Perishable Nature of Flowers: Because flowers are perishable, we can only accept returns and issue refunds or replacements where the product is found to be damaged, defective, or not as described on arrival. Requests for refunds or replacements should be made within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence of the problem.
Quality Assurance: At Florist Blackfriars, we take pride in the quality of our arrangements. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, please contact us swiftly. Decisions on refunds or replacement arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be offered for issues caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, non-availability of the recipient, or mishandling of the flowers after delivery.
Occasionally, floral varieties, colours, or packaging may need to be substituted due to availability, especially at peak times. In such cases, we ensure any replacement is of equal or greater value and closely matched style. If a significant substitution is necessary, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided.
